my PC Help Man, Steve, is a very necessary part of my life. On several occasions now he has been able to sort out the problems I have from time to time with either my PC or printer. Today was no exception – my printer was not working but Steve has not only given it the kiss of life but has discovered several other things of which I was not aware, not necessarily problems, but to keep his customers informed of what they should be aware of regarding their equipment. He has generally tidied things up for me, again, and explained how to perform certain manoeuvres. He is patient and I never feel I am being hurried. Perhaps the biggest benefit of all for me is that all this is done remotely – a service which makes life so much easier.
My brother is going to contact him if and when he has a problem with his IT equipment. Another good day….thank you Steve.

Excellent service from Steve at PC Help Man. He solved my tech issue quickly, efficiently & professionally. Well worth the money! A much better service than what I experienced from Omnitech (who I approached for help first – but whose service was slow, inefficient & failed to fix my problem). Would definitely recommend PC Help Man but suggest avoiding Omnitech.
