Spoke to a chap yesterday morning and after telling him the problem with my desktop, built for me by a gamer who was renowned for his skills and built many computers from scratch and still has a successful networking business. It has been maintained and upgraded over the years and the problem is simply a cable connection, as it says on the otherwise blank /black screen….his immediate response after interrupting me twice before I’d had a chance to fully explain it’s regular upkeep, was “….scrap it!” I don’t like being interrupted when I’m pacifically asked a question and then told to dump an otherwise healthy computer…..no doubt he would have had one “handy” i could buy!! Disgusted at his response and his lack of manners. I may not be computer literate but I’m certainly not stupid! Oh….and yesterday afternoon a lovely Chap from The Computerman popped over and FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!…..AND suggested I BUY a new cable from Amazon….for the price of PS6.68….as I thought….see not STUPID!…..and guess what?!…..MY COMPUTER IS WORKING….has NOT BEEN “SCRAPPED”….and all for the price of PS50….from a PROFESSIONAL called THECOMPUTERMAN! ….Highly recommended over this clown!!!

Great service. Keith came to our home to check out problems on our old laptop. Couldn’t be repaired, so sorted us out with a new laptop which he got fully up & running – wifi & peripherals connected, all necessary software installed, data copied from old device. Has just been again some 6 months later to do a thorough “health check” after we suspected a malware attack (turned out to be other issues).

A late review but I dropped a Chromebook off with a broken screen and it was repaired promptly, as expected. Nice chap too. Would recommwnd
