Dealt with Stu at PC Upgrade and he was helpful throughout. He made recommendations based on my quite meagre budget and gave me really helpful advise. This was my first time building a computer from scratch and he was really great at not making me feel like a fool!

When the computer arrived and I plugged it in, turned it on and nothing happened! This was no fault of PC Upgrade’s but had happened in transit. A quick phone call to Stu and some photos emailed to him, he located the problem and got me up and running. Really great company – highly recommended.

Advertised a monitor as in stock and took payment. Called immediately to tell me they could not fulfil the order and the payment would be returned when it expires without them completing the transaction.

One week later, I still do not have a refund so unable to buy the item elsewhere.

According to my bank, it could take up to 30 days for me to see this money unless the vendor (PCUpgrade) acrively process it as a refund. As yet PCUpgrade have been unresponsive and I am counting down the 30 days.

We ordered a custom gaming PC from this web site as the prices were great and they could deliver in time for Christmas. Having a custom PC build is much more complex than you might imagine but Stu kept us updated at every stage in the build process, even putting in more expensive components with no additional charge to get it built quickly. Took 4 working days from ordering to the PC arriving (this was the week before Christmas!). Very happy with the PC and would defo use this company again.
