PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Please read the reviews before using this shop. My teenage daughter went into this shop and asked for a screen protector to be put on her new mobile phone. When completed it had air bubbles from dust and a hair. When she complained the person said that his shop was dusty and he couldn’t guarantee a smooth screen protector. My daughter rang me distressed so I called the shop and asked him (as a business) what he was going to do to put the situation right. He started shouting at me down the telephone, saying I was trying to rip him off, told me that he would not be doing anything and that my daughter asked for a screen protector at her own risk!!! Over his shouting, I tried to explain that it wasn’t right and that he took her money despite doing a bad job. He then put the telephone down on me!!!
Please do not be ‘ripped off’ by this so called mobile phone shop.

Disappointing. They changed my battery for me but it never displayed the correct battery level and so would die at random times. I told them this and they asked me to monitor it and get screenshots of the battery level etc and send it to them on whatsapp which I did and could see the messages were read but I was ignored.

Less than a year later after admitting defeat and putting up with the bad battery, this one started to bulge too so I decided to buy one and change it myself. Upon opening the phone, I discovered that 2 screws were missing and one would not screw in properly as if there was nothing for the screw threads to hold on to.

It took around an hour as it was my first time and was a fifth of the cost.

Went to this store as my microphone was not working on my phone, took it there early afternoon, received it back at 5pm, they told me that the microphone was working at low capacity but in fact it was the motherboard that needed changing which would cost PS90-PS100. I took my phone away that day, took it to another place who i now trust more and they told me that it was the microphone and charging port that needed replacing which is HALF the price. P&E phones were just trying to get more money out of me and make a better product. I do not recommend this service.
