We just got our new Frame TV through Peak Audio. We had such a great experience. The TV is amazing. But it is the customer service experience is what will ALWAYS sell me. Peak Audio is locally owned and operated for three generations. I would highly recommend shopping with them for all of your home or commercial audio /video needs! The staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The installation of our TV was seamless – they definitely know their stuff. One of the installers, said they are very particular and they do each job as if it were in their own home. For me, that statement goes a long way – I knew I was in excellent hands. Always happy to support locally owned businesses here in Halifax and I cannot speak highly enough about the folks there!

I’ve been a customer for many years. I highly recommend Peak and their staff. They sell extremely well made gear that they obviously believe in. Admittedly, I’m not their biggest spender but I think that’s the reason I keep coming back. I never feel small for wanting to pursue high fidelity on the budget I can afford. I’m always treated with respect and kindness and given the same excellent advice I’d receive if I were very wealthy. And they always have something in their range of products I can save up for and that will totally improve my rig at home and most importantly its fidelity. From start to finish Peak audio was professional, friendly and helpful in every way. They let me take the lead in searching for what I wanted and helped guide me towards better choices.
