My phone screen broke so I took it to this place when it was still being run by the old/previous owner. He replaced the screen but it was not completely glued (there was one side of the screen higher than the other side where you could see and smell the glue that he used) plus when he did the replacement, the battery got damaged, so I was not able to use my phone without being connected to the current/charger. I took it back very disappointed and he said he was going to order a new battery for my phone and replace it with no cost, so I gave him a second opportunity after what happened. After a few weeks, being in contact with him, he claimed the battery had still not arrived. Then one day he said wasn’t running the store anymore and was out of BC and that he would call the new owner to check if the battery had arrived there so the new owner could take responsibility. I decided going there to check in person (I live out of Penticton). When I arrived, the store had changed, being run by a new person (the actual owner). I talked with him, he seemed friendly and wiling to help the old costumers from the previous owner, checked the packages to see if the battery arrived, and no, the battery had not arrived. I kept calling after that for a couple of weeks (the old owner did not answer my calls anymore), and the new owner answered our last call very rude saying he wasn’t going to take responsibility for the previous costumers, he wasn’t going to order/change my battery and I had to check with the previous owner because they did not get along and they did not want to talk to him anymore. I was insisting and really disappointed, so he ended up hanging up on me. I did not put more effort into this place after that, obviously my phone didn’t get fixed by the current owner and after a month it got worse so I couldn’t use it anymore.
By law, if the business remains the same and only the ownership changes, then the new owner will be responsible for any outstanding debts or liabilities of the business. Very disappointed with this place, their owners, their service, their customer service, and their experience. This place is a complete SCAM and NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. It is a shame that people get to run a business like that without the experience/ professionalism to deal with customers, facing them and taking responsibility rather than taking advantage of them and their money. I do not understand how this is allowed. Overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, NO MATTER WHAT DEVICE YOU HAVE AND HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE

My phones battery had started to act up a bit, and I knew it was time to replace… Pan high was suggested to me for its excellent customer, service, and repairs… They most definitely found out the problem, and certainly fixed it within a couple of hours, and it was done when they said it would be done… I feel that they are very trustworthy and truly want you to be happy with their repairs. Most definitely would recommend anybody going to Penn high for their computer/phone repairs!

Pen Hi-Tech has helped me out a few times as I tend to find many ways to damage my phone. Each time I have gone there I have been impressed with how quickly they are able to assist me with fixing my device. They are easy to talk to, inform you about other issues with your device without pressuring you to fix and the prices are very reasonable for this day and age. My experiences there have been excellent!
