Unfortunately, after my phone screen cracked, I sat on it and broke it completely ha ha. Abdul was fantastic, he did try to sell me a new one (at a very decent price) but as I’m an older senior on subsidized income, I need more time to be able to get a brand new phone but I did have a 3 year old LG which I lost then found again but the battery was completely gone. He got on the phone, found a new one for me at a good price, had his boss run it over the next day and for only $40 I was back in business. My neighbours all love this guy and this business and now so do I, also doesn’t hurt that we are all seniors and this is only a few blocks from our building, haha. I highly recommend!

Very helpful and professional when my son’s iPhone 12 max pro took a fall into water. They diagnosed the issue within an hour and had it ready to go as soon as parts came in. Very thoroughly explained along the way what was happening and were very personable. Watched them help other customers too and could really see the care they took. Apple had told us it could be $750 to fix and there was no guarantee and at Perfect Wireless it cost around 1/3 of that and it works perfectly. We are very happy and will return any time we have any phone issues.

I tried to replace a new battery by myself. I watched youtube videos and followed them. I watched a bad video, so I broke the lcd connector… The youtuber was pulling the battery from left to right…. And i did the same way. However, I realized i had to pull it off from right to left for not damaging the parts… I was really worried about it. Many stores were closed due to the virus, so I didn’t expect this store was open. I visited this store. Omg, the staff in there was really nice. He saved my g7 as a new phone! Thanks again!
