Originally miss quoted PC build and subsequently increase due to having a “gaming” PC. Increase was justified by additional RGB, although not all RGB was connected. Front fans were not connected and they said it was not RGB. It is the Lian Li Lancool II Mesh which has RGB and its own controlled which needed to be connected.

Generally sloppy build. A cable was pinched between a cover causing minor damage and would have shorted over time. GPU not correctly seated due to a panel not being removed, Ram installed incorrect slots (installed A1+A2 instead of A2+B2). My PC case came pre installed with the standoff screws to fit an micro atx motherboard. which would uses 6 mounting screws for the motherboard. My motherboard is a full atx mobo, which uses 9 mounting screws. To fit that they should have installed 3 stand off screws for the bottom 3 mounting holes. They didn’t, so my motherboard can currently flex if pushed at the bottom.

Did not pay for a windows install which may have identified some of the issues. But definitely not all.

For the extra $50 I’ll just taking it to a shop next time.

Would highly recommend. They were very accommodating, worked outside office hours and to our time frame to recover documents. Amazing communication; I got so many updates and they let me know exactly what they were doing.
