Fabulous service on the phone with Pierre! I had wasted many hours dealing with Epson – in the Philippines – all top feeder copied documents were emerging with a vertical black stripe down the middle of each page. I painstakingly cleaned every roller in the ET 4760 printer. Pierre suggested that I carefully clean the entire glass pane – especially the left end! – BRAVO PIERRE! CINQ ETOILES et un GRAND MERCI!!!! FK a Ottawa
I had some issues with a Brother printer. Pierre, not only was able to address the problem, he also went over and above in explaining why the issues were occurring. If not for his guidance, we would continue making the same mistakes, and continously spend more money “fixing” the problem. He guided me towards a more appropriate printer that suits our business.
