Pharos Computers Dover. Absolutley brilliant service. Darren the owner is a great guy, he is easy to talk with; and he really knows his stuff. I Had an issue with my laptop that had been repaired by another company last year at a cost that I could have bought a new laptop from Amazon for less money time and hassle. I kept it because I use it for imortant document files. The laptop wouldnt switch on and I thought it may have been the same issue as before. I walked into Darrens shop yesterday afternoon and explained the issue. He told me there and then what he would charge me which was a third less than I had paid the year ago for a similar symptom and repair. I collected it today, Darren had found and fixed the issue and also gave it a proper deep clean in under 24 hours start to finish. Big respect because Darren, is a man of his word. He charged me exactly what he had quoted me the day before. No hidden surprises just a good old school problem/solution method in how he works. Darren saved me a lot of time and money, because I was in the middle of something very important when my laptop failed. And it is just before a bank holiday which also saved me nearly another week of posible down time without being able to use it. Seriously to say it is a 6 year old laptop, it now runs better than it has for ages. I gave Pharos Computers a 5 Star because the service really is 5 Star. I highly recommend Darren to anyone that has any computer issues, needs or requirements, he is a great go to guy and he charges very good rates for top quality work with real old school service. I cannot praise Darren enough. Excellent service. Handed in my laptop for a service & repair in the morning & got it home just after lunch. PS50 sorted! As i had an old Mac at home that had “exploded” one night whilst watching stuff my mother wouldn’t like me watching; i decided to hand it in too to see if there was any way that i could get my travel photos off it. Not only did i secure my photos, my mac is back to full working condition too. Bravo!

This man is amazing not only a genius with the computer after he repaired my poorly laptop he spent probably more time explaining to me the how’s why’s etc of the thing and that’s not easy with someone like me who is in the dark ages when it comes to these things I would throughly recommend the service
