Yesterday I went to Phone Base to buy a replacement phone.When I walked In I welcomed with a smile and the assistant asked me how I was.Good start.I explained my problem.He talked me through all the phones within my price range.As a ludite..me..he explained things in ways I would understand.Anyway I bought a replacement and I’m delighted with it.So much so I went back to buy a screen protector and magnetic case.i only write reviews when I receive such good service and I know whoever goes there for any reason(even if it’s just for advice)you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic place to buy a phone. They have cheap and fair prices with friendly staff who assisted me in finding the right phone. I was also given a PS50 discount within my purchase which matched my budget perfectly. Highly recommend over any other shop in Hull!
