I needed to purchase a refurbished phone quickly. First time at the store in Moonee Ponds. Robin spent time, was not dismissive and I feel could be trusted. On another day a technician was equally helpful even if my question was very basic. He phoned her for advice and she answers promptly. Its a pleasure to find good and efficient customer service especially when there are so many confusing options online. Could someone please get back to me – I’ve tried calling your number & left a messaged but had no response.
Came in on Saturday after for a screen replacement (small crack top corner) on an iPhone 12 – & have come away with much bigger issues in screen functionality & other issues eg. Torch /button for torch not working & battery draining from 100% to less than 20% in the less than 4 hours with minimal use & battery save mode on.
Could you please provide assistance ASAP.
