Shop went ahead with the repair, camera still doesn’t work (I said not to go ahead if this was the case) language barrier very much a problem. Wasn’t told that it was a non genuine screen which actually impedes function and invalidates the phone. Now still have a phone with a broken camera, the new edition of a less functional screen and operating errors as it’s a non genuine product. Phone worked better prior to taking it in. A pointless exercise for me and a painful waste of money. Regardless of the camera (as I know they can’t and didn’t expect them fix this) I would not recommend. Just pay the money and get it done properly. Cash only, no receipts given…

Visited on a whim last week to have my Samsung S23 Ultra speaker replaced. I asked how long said repair would take and how much and to my surprise it would take only an hour and PS50.
Upon returning to collect my phone they discovered a further fault with my top speaker and said to return when they have ordered the part and asked for a PS20 deposit.
A week later (today) I handed it in for a full speaker replacement and had the issue resolved in an hour. They were very helpful and informative, would highly recommend for on the day repairs!

Went in today as my son said mum you can’t hold out any longer your battery needs replacing. I was really nervous about doing this but walked in there and was met with very polite members of staff and excellent customer service, they said about my screen too, as it was cracked and said to leave it with them for a hour or so and went back and now I have a fully functioning phone, and a fresh screen too. Couldn’t ask for more, I would definitely go back in the future I can’t thank them enough for their help today.
