Would leave half a star if I could…
Brought my phone in here 2 days after cracking the top right of my screen. Thought id repair it ASAP so the crack didn’t spread. I may aswell have just gone in and handed them 50 quid without giving them my phone to repair. Phone was handed back to me with no cracks but clearly a shoddy glue job. Shop “assistant” said cash only, and offered no receipt. He then sent me on my merry way. Got to my car and realised I had no sim card in my phone. The “assistant” deprived me of that aswell as my receipt, so back I go. 5 days later, through no reasoning, cracks just appeared on my screen again. But this time, they’ve spread across the whole screen. I went straight back to the shop within an hour. Different “assistant” claims they have no liability when the phones out of the shop, and even blamed the phone screen. Awful service. I then get a call a few hours later from this “assistant”, saying that for a small fee, they will order in a part and resolve this issue. I was very thankful for the gesture after a bad experience. 14 days later, and still no call from them. Clearly fobbed me off. Thanks for nothing “phone buddy and vapes”. AVOID

Chipped my phone screen or so I thought. A couple of months ago I bought a cheap ‘temporary’ screen protector for my iPhone and completely forgot to buy a new one. I then of course dropped my phone and it chipped my screen, or I thought it did. I phoned the shop up and he offered me a very reasonable price to fix it for me, think it was PS75/80. On the day I was supposed go drop it in, he actually came and picked it up from me because I was really busy. That was just the start of the amazing service. He then fixed my phone, told me I didn’t need a new screen as it had only cracked the cheap protector, fitted me with another , far higher quality protector and charged me the princely sum of PS15. He came miles out of his way, could have easily charged me for a new screen as I wasn’t aware, and did all this with a smile on his face, and for only PS15. He also sold me a second phone for travelling for next to nothing. Absolutely brilliant. I could not recommend more.
This is hands down the best e-cig shop in the area! Their prices are unbeatable, especially on liquids–4 for just PS10, which is an amazing deal. They also offer really affordable prices on devices, much cheaper than what I’ve seen elsewhere. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding.
