Not happy at all.
Went in for a screen repair about 3-4 months ago which cost with a screen protector just over $300.
Screen protector wasn’t sticking so asked for it to be fixed and was refused. Now -3-4 months later walking down street drop phone again just have the screen break again. Absolutely robbed and not impressed at all.
I’m up for another $300 plus because of ur faulty service.
Worst thing is at first I was impressed but after just couple weeks when screen protector wasn’t sticking and asked to be fixed which would have been as simple as adding more glue I was refused and told another $70 to be replaced, made me realise ur company is struggling to provide a honust service.

New screen, new screen protector, my phone is, as new! Excellent service thank you. Left my phone on the roof of my car, drove off and it fell into an intersection as I turned right. Went back to retrieve it, only to see a truck run over it. It looked dead! Black, smashed screen, no life. Got back into my car and realised it was still pairing to Bluetooth. Yeah! Took it to the Phone Clinic Elsternwick and they replaced the screen and my screen protector. Very happy. PS. A robust phone case helped!
Great service. Charging port on my phone was dying, fixed it in 6 hours with little fuss. Cheaper than buying a new phone! Highly recommend.
As an aside:
I find it a bit funny how dramatic other reviewers are when getting their items repaired at a third party repair shop. These guys seem very good at getting broken phones working again, which is what most customers require when they go to a repair shop. If you need your old phone made into a new phone again, maybe go buy a new phone!
