I have been back and forth over the past few days with this shop over phone calls and multiple visits to the shop due to a number of issues with my phone. Initially my power button was not working, which was then resolved a few days later after waiting for the part to arrive. Due to the shop repairing the button, they had made a crack in the back of my phone which the store offered to repair as it was their fault (just needed to wait a few days for the part to arrive) whilst waiting for the part, water leaked into a crack on my screen causing water damage. I called the shop who said to bring it in the following day (this was a Sunday evening) and was told that the repair could be done in around 2 hours. 5 hours after dropping my phone off, I still had not heard anything so I called the owner from a different phone who had to check with the staff as he was not in that day. After calling me back, I was told that the phone is ready to collect and had been ready for over an hour. I asked why wasn’t I told that the phone was ready, the owner rudely replied “why does that matter just go and get it, I have had nothing but problems with you”

Great customer service and products at Phone connect. Have used them twice now, firstly when I got my Samsung screen replaced and also when I had an issue with my laptop. Good chap in the shop, very honest and at reasonable prices. Keep up the good work pal and I’ll definitely recommend you
