Incredibly rude member of staff. Tried to overprice me for a new screen despite it being replaced at another shop on the high street a few months ago for a much lower value. He disrespectfully threw my phone up and down in the air playing catch with it as he phoned his boss to receive a quote. Ended up taking my phone back to the shop I’d been to previously and received much better service and value. Would avoid here at all costs.
So happy! Phone wouldnt start up.Transferred to another and lost all my contacts and data. Gentleman was so helpful gave me a contact number and a quote later prior to fixing.Data accessed and photos all transferred. Price reasonable and I got phone back the same day. Thank you so much.
Fantastic service today from Hamza – so friendly and helpful. Sorted me out with a screen protector, new case and gave me some good advise on chargers. Really knew his stuff and no pressure selling 5 star. Will definitely visit again when I need a new phone
