I had been passed down an iPhone 11PRO which had a cracked front screen, so on advice from my Son spoke to these Guys. Sent email first to confirm my visit, and called in to receive a warm welcome and a really positive response to my problem. Called back in an hour and I had a phone that looked like it was totally brand new. Very very impressed , totally great service and support. I must also say that the cost was significantly less than the Apple shop in Colchester. If you have a problem with any mobile phone, talk to these guys first, they really are the bogs dollocks.

The Phone Doctor recently fixed my son’s phone. It had a broken screen and the microphone was making it almost impossible to hear him. Also it was failing to charge properly. One new screen later, fixing the charger connection and cleaning out microphone port and now it’s as good as new. Quick turnaround too and very reasonable price. Very pleased and highly recommended. Definitely the best mobile phone repair in town.
