Horrendous service. Went in to get the power button on a phone replaced, and was treated like I was an idiot by the two men inside. Proceeded to then take two days to replace a single button, and when I came to pick the phone back up not only was the button bright blue (my phone is black), but the button didn’t even press down, rendering the entire endeavour useless! I then had to go back, ask them to fix this (the only thing I’d asked them to sort to begin with), as they couldn’t even get that right, and they acted like I was causing some sort of inconvenience… after they couldn’t perform a simple repair right!! Was charged 65 quid for the entire process which took 72 hours and left me feeling insulted and fed up. I will NEVER recommend phone doctorz to anyone. Go to a different repair shop in Stirling if you’re needing something fixed.

Edit: The condescending “darling” in your response and telling me I don’t know which shop it is I went to is NOT on. The misogyny reeks from this place your response to my complaint evidences it well.

Wonderful customer service. My phone’s screen had a crack and the gentleman recommended not to get a new screen. Rather he applied a glue screen protector to keep things going until I decide what to do. Week later he put another protector on, and he still hasn’t taken a penny from me. He also showed me used phones that I thought were really well priced. I am just not a fan of changing phones so I’ll take my time. Best mobile phone shop in Stirling.

Popped in as we were in Stirling for one night only and needed a SIM card
Was handed a free card and advised to go to key store 2 doors down and purchase 30 days service
Well he must have seen this old man’s face and immediately said let’s go- he closed his shop, helped my purchase, came back to his shop, phoned provider for me and set my phone up.
All of this and I didn’t buy anything!!
