I recently had a disappointing experience at phone shop in Stoke. I purchased a charger which turned out to be faulty, and when I asked for a refund, the man at the shop was incredibly rude and arrogant. Despite showing him evidence with my laptop that the charger wasn’t working, he insisted on swapping it with a cheaper charger. His attitude was dismissive, and he seemed to think he knew everything, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Furthermore, I noticed that the man actively replies to Google reviews, but instead of addressing concerns or offering solutions, he comes across as arrogant and defensive. This only adds to the negative impression of the shop and its customer service.

Overall, my experience at phone was extremely disappointing, and I would advise others to avoid it. The combination of poor customer service, faulty products, and the arrogant attitude of the staff makes it the worst place to shop for phone accessories in Stoke. PS: your not even worth the one star to be honest

1. You gave us a charger that was less than the original price; hence, you HAD to give us the difference for a cheaper charger.

2. Your reply shows immaturity for a grown man… (You might want to deal with that.)

3. I called you, and you said you are closed at the moment and with your child. Hence, I could not come back in the day after. But it was only one day after I purchased the charger, and it was not working. So, I called you the same day, and you asked me to come in to “prove it was broken”; hence, I brought my laptop in. And yet still refused to give me the refund even though you saw it was not working and faulty ….

3.I stand by what I said, and you clearly just love to scam people. Instead of replying back with failed attempts, take a lesson on how to deal with the general public and how not to scam people for a bit of extra money. If a Google review is hurting you so much that you reply with lies, maybe seek therapy. also you shame on YOU! Scammer

Went in for a broken screen for my Oppo phone, they fixed it quickly and to a high standard and at a better price than the other 2 places I went to previously in Newcastle. They were professional and straightforward and I’ll definitely go to then first if I every have any issues in the future.

Repair to iPad mini 5 after I’d dropped it, turns out the whole front had to be replaced, the team at Phone express did a great job, despite the supplier sending the wrong screen colour.
I put my trust in Mohammed and his guys, I wasn’t disappointed, very honourable guys you can trust.
