I needed a new battery for my Apple Watch Series 5, I live in Poole, these guys are in Worthing, I needed the watch fixed quickly and after a quick email exchange with John, they promised to do it for me, I paid for express delivery, they sent quick post label, I posted it to them on Tuesday, they returned it express DPD on Thursday. Battery works great, no damage, very minor marks around casing to be expected from opening it up, but minimal. truly a wonderful and professional service, much appreciated, highly recommended, will use again.. thanks guys. Phone died and had no idea why . Took it in and explained I needed it fixed ,I told him I could go up to PS150, went to pick phone up and i was told it was a quick easy 20 quid job . U cant buy honesty these days ,they could have done me over for the whole 150 and I wouldn’t have known the wiser . I wont use anyone else from now on
