I sent my Xbox Elite controller to get the stick drift fixed. When I got it back, it was worse, and the trigger wasn’t working properly. Due to being in the hospital, I hadn’t had a chance to test it immediately. When I finally did, the controller had the same issues. My assistant took it back today, only to be told that the repair warranty had expired. However, the controller wasn’t fixed correctly in the first place!
100% would recommend this place for all tech problems. I’m a DJ and had problems with my Mac book battery, not only is the problem fixed but the guy at phone fix went out his way to make sure it was done fast so I wasn’t without my music for my work. Top service. Big thanks!!!
Fast and friendly service. I took my phone in late on Thursday afternoon to replace a broken screen and by Friday morning 9:30am I had received the phonecall that it was fixed! Prices were also reasonable compared to other shops I phoned.
