About 3 weeks ago got my battery and screen replaced as they both needed fixing as the battery was bad and the screen lifted to the point it was unusable. Now the battery is even worse and constantly overheats and the screen has lifted again (I haven’t dropped it) they have also messed up my Bluetooth which will cost me more to repair then just getting a new phone. I went in around a week after getting it fixed and explained I hadn’t dropped it and and a black line was going down the phone and they told me it was fault of my own and they wouldn’t fix it or give me a refund. I spent PS110 and now that’s money lost and I have an even more broken phone
Satisfactory service for phone repairs! My phones battery needed replaced but I have a US phone & needed a US battery for it. Thankfully they were able to order one and they got it changed in an hour. It’s been about 4 days since we got the battery replaced & I’ve had zero issues. If you run into this problem make sure to call so they can order the battery you need. Takes about 3 days to get there. Thank you again!
Got my phone screen and charging port replaced after dropped in the pool on holiday. charged me PS190 worked for one day, now broken. I called to ask for a refund or repaired free of extra charge.The man will not do this and will charge even more if I go back to the shop yo repair again. Complete FRAUD.
