Had our screen replaced right before closing time, we got home and realised we didn’t have our sim card. After absolutely freaking out as my partner is set to leave the country for 6 weeks nine hours from the time of realisation, we called them a few times then sent them a message on Facebook. Absolutely can’t recommend them high enough as he personally came out and opened the shop to ensure my partner had his sim back before the flight. Within two hours the whole thing was solved and we had our sim back.

Thank you SO much for not making me have to wait till tomorrow’s opening hours to receive the sim then post it to him!

They put a screen protector put on my brand new phone Samsung S23. Within 2 days the screen protector started to peel off. I was out of County so couldn’t go back into the shop. 12 days later I went into the shop. This time the shorter of the 2 attendants saw me. He said it would peel off because it was not suitable for the phone! I asked why his colleague put it on then?
He would not even entertain me. Didn’t offer me a suitable screen protector.
I will never go back into the shop
