Took phone to be repaired 12pro back glass picked phone up torch not working….
Now the guy who fixes them is not on shift till next week terrible service not even checking phones before returning to customer if problems not resolved I’ll update this

Rabia was excellent. Promised to get my phone fixed and back to me within 24 hours and gave me a free replacement phone so I wouldn’t be without. She phoned me twice to keep me updated and phone was back for 10am the next day. Fab service
Phone and Game amazing customer service and very friendly staff. Helped me with my phone and even gave me a discount for working in the Shopping centre. Will definitely be back if have any issues with my phone.
