Wandered in on the off chance, (whist waiting on someone visiting the opticians next door), to find out the cost of replacing the broken back glass on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
Was pleasently surprised at being quoted PS25.
They didn’t have the part in stock but promised & got it the next day & fitted it in around 30 mins.
Also picked up a Galaxy A05 for the friend, getting the eyetest, as they wanted a bigger screen, to replace an aging Sony Experia L3.
Next day he realised, that the A05 model doesn’t have a fingerprint reader that he really needed for a banking app.
No problem to the guys at Phone & Game. Without a quibble they offered a no cost replacement with fingerprint reader (can’t recalled exactly what model, but it had a slightly smaller screen) or a A05S for only PS15 more. My friend opted for the A05S. They even threw in a replacement cover, with the extra cut-away for the fingerprint sensor.
The two guys I met were both friendly & helpful.

Spoke to someone on the phone and explained that I had an issue with the phone turning on got told to bring it in when I did he said it was the screen and was wanting PS210 to fix the issue decided not to go through with it and when I went somewhere else got informed that it was nothing to do with the screen and phone and game actually done more damage to the phone by taken the screen off the way they did wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend anyone going.

I have been in a couple of times now, most recently to have a broken iPad screen replaced. Always friendly and honest. The iPad was ready for collection the following day as promised with a message sent to my contact number to confirm it was ready. Good work done in quick time for a good price .
