This man overcharged me for repairs with absolutely no warranty (doesn’t even provide a receipt/breakdown of the costs) and not only did he not repair my phone in time (took over a week to repair), but HE ALSO RUINED MY IPHONE’S PRIMARY MICROPHONE (which was working before the repair)!
When I called him to let him know, he acted as though it was my fault, saying I should have checked everything in the store itself.
There were multiple scratches where the back glass and screen were plied, and there was no finishing at all.
EDIT: The reply implies I checked everything else was working before the repair. Which is right, this proves my point that the microphone indeed was working before the repair.
Even though I went a week after (which was agreed by the shop owner btw) , the repair had still not taken place and apparently be had ‘forgotten’ to replace the screen so I had to visit the store twice even after the agreed time and date.
As for the other reviews there are positive reviews from my side too, I would suggest focusing on yourself instead of finding out what other reviews your customers have been giving out.
