Would usually recommend as I’ve been coming here often for various things and have never had an issue before but yesterday I bought a replacement screen protector as the exact same previous one that I’d had from Phone Guys had cracked. It did it’s job and the screen underneath was absolutely fine but the new screen protector that I got yesterday just wasn’t manufactured correctly and I didn’t notice until I got home that the sticky side wasn’t aligned right with the screen and there was an overlap of glue on the left which was causing it to bubble up as the glue was catching my case and on the right there was no glue, leaving a visible line. I took this back today and the woman was really rude! I was made to feel like a liar and she eventually but reluctantly replaced it. She firstly tried to rip me off by replacing it with a cheaper screen protector than what I purchased, making out it was better for my phone but never mentioned that it was the cheaper one. That screen protector was cracked when it came out of the box which I had to point out to her and I asked her if this was as the cheaper one and then I told her I wanted what I’d paid for to which she said she doesn’t give any money back so she sighed and went for the one I’d originally purchased! If I’d have broken the screen protector myself, I’d have just bought a new one and not asked for a replacement! Still trying to make out it was my case that caused it and not actually admitting that it was made wrong, she told me that I couldn’t come back with it if it happens again. It hasn’t happened again because this screen protector doesn’t have that fault and neither did the original one I’d purchased that I went to get replaced in the first place!

I’ll probably think twice about coming here in the future. Her customer service was shocking!

Sorted me out with a nice shiny case and screw protector. Great customer service. Very happy. Highly reccomended.

After discovering that the battery on my Google Pixel 7A was knackered, and looking for credible local phone repair shops online I discovered Phone Guys in Retford. Within 1 hour I had the new battery fitted for a reasonable price and my phone was as good as new. Many thanks 7 much appreciated. I cannot recommend enough!!
