Simon at Phone has literally saved us today. My wife’s old iPhone 7 had died and all her clients bookings were on there as well as photos for years ,literally her life on their and it’s was all gone. Within an hour simon got it and completely recovered everything and saved us, no fuss at all and very patient as we were highly stressed with what had happened. We then thought best to get an upgraded phone so simon listened to what we wanted and we bought a newer iPhone and he transferred everything across for us. All done so fast and my wife is absolutely thrilled. They really are the 4th emergency service and all done with a smile, quickly and efficiently. To say thank you doesn’t do it justice. Avoid at all cost.
Left my phone pin for them to test after having a new battery fitted which I except, but I would of thought I could trust them. I think not now.
They tried to open my file with all my passwords which fortunately was face id protected. Also had a snoop at my bank and tried to change a setting to be able to use pin to Access and bypass the face log in.
DO NOT TRUST

I have been putting off changing an old 5S for over a year as the apps gradually stopped working due to out of date IOS. The person that served me took his time & gave very helpful advice.
