Had to pop in last week to replace a mobile phone. Purchased one very very reasonably priced all set up before I left the store one or 2 minor issues very quickly sorted. This gentleman’s emphasis seems to be he is only happy if his customers leave happy. His emphasis is completely focused on customer service rather than like a lot of other mobile phone shops in the town centre will sell you a mobile phone count your cash then close the door. Since I have found this store I dont care if the phone needs a screen protector. I will always go to him first. Extremely polite. Extremely helpful and always minfull of his customers needs. I am so pleased with the service I just received from Simtech in replacing the baseboard on my Mac after a fault. From first enquiry, ordering a new baseboard and waiting for it to arrive, I had my Mac back in under 30 hours. The service was fantastic. I was also given great advice as to whether to replace the part with a new or used one. I went for a used one at a significantly lower price and it’s ‘pristine.’ I am so pleased. I can’t recommend Simtech enough. I’ll be using their services again, I’m sure.
