Do not buy universal laptop chargers as they do not work. Issued refund promptly which was good but no apologies at all for the inconvenience which was disappointing and owner did not ask a single question upon return of the product or seem surprised that charger didn’t work which suggests it may be a known issue. Upon return owner asked if I wanted to buy the real/branded charger – why was I not offered this in the first place? As my first experience of this shop I am not impressed.
Unfortunately, numerous problems with phones and ipads. Sunny has the best customer service response I have ever had in the tech world. He has tried numerous things to resolve my issues and explained in terms I can understand. I also bought a new phone from him (which yes was PS15 more than online) but 1) I felt confident with where it was coming from 2)Its a local business 3) I have a one year warranty I trust. 4) great service.
Got my phone screen repaired at this place. 3 days later the screen broke, the phone was dropped once and from 50cm away from the ground. If it was a good quality screen, it would not have smashed.
I took it to a professional at another place and they said that the screen applied was very poor quality and hadn’t been put on properly.
