Called in to look at 2nd hand iPhones as my daughter’s birthday is due! Didn’t know much about the iPhone range but the owner did thankfully! Explained everything to me.
I left without a phone.. but took contact details.. and felt compelled to order from here, due to the superb attitude and greeting from the shop.
After great communication via text.. organised the phone I wanted. Brand new. Box sealed. Cheaper than Apple shop. Happy to support a local shop. Would totally recommend. Honest, fair and friendly. Perfect. I will be returning in the future. Order to delivery.. amazing.. literally less than 48hrs. A young owner/manager.. deserves every success.. so please support. Refurbished phone with 1 year warranty purchased. Screen doesn’t fully function. When told, disregarded the issue. To test screen, our guys deliberately tilted phone away from my view and claimed nothing was wrong. I could see the testing screen reflected in window and the defect was clearly visible. They argued this with disdain. Not interested in fixing their issue and not very happy to have a phone returned… phone tested in another shop by professional techs, valid problem. If you are used to getting what you pay for, DO NOT buy from these cowboys.

Called in to Phonelink today in Louth coz I was having problems with my Android phone … young man in the shop who was extremely pleasant and very helpful sorted it for me in about 90 seconds … and refused any payment. Great attitude and great service, I’d give 10 stars if I could. Top phone shop.
