Phone couldn’t be fixed.
Worst by far and the reason of the 1 star is just the complete lack of communication from them. I was told they would be in touch to discuss the repair but they have never rang me always leaving it down to me to chase. If you phone up they tell you that they need to call the other shop as they had sent the items there and still expect you to call back. Often they will not answer the phone. I was told I could collect items after lunch the next day as they would bring them over and the shop was closed 1.30 before closing time. The next morning they were not open an hour after opening.
When they returned the phone the sim was not in there needing us to need to cancel the sim and reorder a new one.
No communication, no reliabilty, website doesn’t work this whole place is dodgy and I will be avoiding like the plague.
Update: Unfortunately the new screen failed after 10 months. Phone Locker replaced it again (at a cost) but twice when I tried to sell it, it was returned to me because of problems with dust under the screen causing it to lift. The two stars are because Phone Locker bought the iPad off me albeit at a much reduced price from my 2 previous ‘sale’ prices.
