I bought a laptop charger here (Samsung) 3 days ago, for a work emergency from home. My husband wanted to return it today with the receipt, as when I put it on charge at home, it stayed on remaining 38% for 4 hours the entire time and I paid 50!! Pounds! for it!!!
unfortunately I forgot to take the packaging and was not made aware of when I left the store that day.
The packaging I think was deliberately left behind by the shop assistant.
We were not able to return it, as the answer was: “no packaging”, “I’ve should have taken a speedier and even more expensive charger”, and “it is working though”.
Tomorrow I will take it to work, to check with my IT team if I’m able to charge my work laptop to a higher percentage than it did at home (voltage issue maybe).
Actually got sold a phone charger after all… !
Not a nice experience after all, shame, I will not return!!!

I’ve been here far more times than i wish to admit. This place is FANTASTIC. (Not because I enjoy spending money to repair I screen on a phone that I dropped and that now turned into a fine smashed dust). This place is fantastic because when you drop your phone, and it will happen (yes even to you), you can go over to Muswell Hill and one of 2 brothers will tell you to “come back in half an hour and it’ll be done ” and it is done, and done well. I haven’t been back 6 times because they’ve broken my phone but because I have. A phone repair man is a lot like your hair dresser (In my mind) because their work is kind of expensive but critical to your quality of life, get bad quality work done and you’ll regret it so get good quality work done instead ( use these guys ) thank you
Great customer service. Friendly, helpful knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed my old Mac that the Apple store told me wasn’t worth fixing. Great price. Computer totally restored with a new motherboard board and within the time frame promised. Plus a different fault (bent keyboard) had been fixed on the way with no additional cost. The staff were super helpful and understanding that it’s stressful when your computer breaks! Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
