Excellent service. I had a broken pixel 7a screen which they attempted to fix there and then, unfortunately they are a notoriously difficult phone screens to repair so it had to be done overnight which then turned into having to be sent off to lab. The guy at Phone Mania was polite and helpful throughout, the phone had to be sent to the lab twice before it was eventually repaired which must have meant extra expense for them but they were were reassuring and determined to ensure the phone was fixed at no extra expense to myself. The service was professional and excellent throughout. Thank you!
Shot Service didn’t fix my phone over changed did a 50 qid fix for it to not be done correctly took to different so op got done properly at 20 wounder how meany more customers they ripped of through out the time they been open not only that payed 50 to find out it was a fake screen in first place
I went in to get my iPhone camera replaced and got a set quote for the job, when I went to pick the phone back up they upped the price of the service by PS10 with no warning, and not only that they also rounded of the screw off the phone and tried to blame it on me.
Very rude and unprofessional.
