Do not use – this establishment ripped me off and could very well do the same to you!

I took my phone to Phone Master to take a look at after I was having issues with my phone charger not connecting to the charging port properly. The guy behind the counter took a quick look and asked me to go away and come back in 30 minutes, which i did. On my return he was delighted to inform that he’d fixed the charging port and charged me PS50! I queried the cost with him and he just palmed me off with some rubbish about parts being expensive for my model of iPhone.

Two hours later, to my consternation, the same problem happened again. This time I took my phone to a more reputable dealer who discovered that it was simply a tiny piece of fluff from my pocket that had got stuck in the charging port and was blocking the connection enough to prevent charging. Apparently this is quite a common occurrence and took 5 seconds to fix using a pin to remove the piece of fluff.

Do not deal with these people and please look elsewhere!

I called into to see if my iPhone could repaired , after dropping it on the floor and it went dead

I explained to Ozgur Ceylan the owner, what had happened
Within a very short time Ozgur assured me that my iPhone could be fixed
He explained that the phones Touch Screen Module was broken
I said to him go ahead and whilst you’re at it, please fit a new battery
The work was completed while I waited in less than an hour
My iPhone now works perfectly
I’m a very satisfied customer

Managed to badly smash up my phone. Called up and got the screen replaced in 20 mins. Unfortunately it turned out there were other issues with the sensitivity of the screen, so I took it back and he fixed that for me free of charge in no time at all. Highly recommended!
