Dear viewers, please read this review with high importance. I am a member of a teaching staff at a mainstream school and under no circumstances I would give someone a negative review to damage their reputation but people deserves to know the truth.

A simple repair job to my “Dell” laptop has turned into the worst nightmare. All it needed is to replace the battery and the charging port. I paid PS90 happily thinking that the job was completed fully and the laptop is working as I was reassured by the owner Asif. Didn’t even cross my mind that he/they are not qualified to repair the laptops because their website/shop displays/advertise that they are qualified. When I came home after collecting the laptop from the Beckenham High street branch I turned it on to charge but the laptop still showed the same problem. I called Asif straightaway to ask “why is the battery still not charging and what did he fixed/replaced”? He responded very quickly and told me to take it back. Since August till 15 October I visited his shop at least 10 times (and communicating through whatsApp) but the laptop still hasn’t been fixed. Every time I collected the laptop he said “it’s been fixed, you shouldn’t any problem now”. There is/was 9 screws at the back of the laptop but he only put 2 screws back on and stole the other 7. I challenged him and went back to the Beckenham shop yesterday (16/10/23) and his colleague took off screws from 4 different laptops right in front of me and put it on my laptop. I am guessing these laptops belongs to someone else. But please take a look at the pictures below which is showing how he installed the screws. The screws are through the keyboard. Just wish they were honest enough to say that they don’t know how to fix laptops/computers. They might be good at repairing mobile phones but I urge people please, please do not take your PC/laptop to them.

I needed to get my phone repaired and I have to say what an amazing job they did.
