Horrendous experience from this place after replacing the screen on my partners S22 Ultra. Phone did an update and guy didnt let it finish before putting elastic bands around phone after reassembling the back cover. He covered the power button depressing it and interrupted the update. All contacts photos lost and phone knackered. Owner promised to call and find someone local to us to help with sorting phone as we are not from the area. Never bothered to even phone. Appalling service. You still have my number perhaps you could of avoided getting this review if we would have been given a refund for the screen or been somehow compensated. You still have my number. Could of Called me and got it sorted. Would have given no stars if that were possible. Went to several places and all confirmed phone is a lost cause. Ended up costing me PS1,000 for a new phone, PS250 for screen, a day off work and so much stress it was unbelievable. Ruined our weekend down in Cheltenham. Priceless Photos of family and personal information lost.

Avoid at all costs! Happy to take your hard earned cash but then not grant their ’28 day warranty period’. After numerous wasted trips totheir store to continuously be fobbed off and told my screen isn’t working because ‘it needed an update’ to which I could not do because the touch wouldn’t work after they ‘fixed it’. I took my phone to a different shop for them to tell me they had used a really poor quality screen which they replaced for me, lo and behold my phone now works perfectly without an update!
There are plenty of other phone repair shops around Cheltenham that are much better and the staff are more helpful than this one!!

Below is just an example of the poor attitude of people working in this store. You offered and took my money for a service, why should I have to wait a week without a working phone because you don’t have a technician available to look at it? In what way is that my fault? Terrible, terrible service.

I think this shop is excellent. When I had a new phone about a year ago, I bought a case and a protective screen. I dropped my phone several times, resulting in a very cracked protective screen. I feared it might have damaged the phone screen too but the protector had done its job. So today, a year on, I went in there again and they replaced it quickly and efficiently. And I bought a new case – it’s like having a new phone again! I think they’re great, and I definitely recommend them.
