I honestly could not recommend Phone Orbit highly enough. My phone had water damage and the charging port was not working, I had tried all methods of drying it out but they all failed. The day before I was due to fly on holiday I spoke with Phone Orbit and they stated they could fix it same day.
I dropped my phone off and was assured it would be sorted by 3pm for me to collect. Upon collection they had fixed the issue, fully charged my phone, turned it on and ensured it was fully functional and I was happy with everything, all with the utmost politeness and professionalism. All of this and at a very reasonable price. It may just be a phone, but with boarding passes etc on the phone it was an absolute life saver.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again, although I do hope that I don’t actually need to.

Needed my Samsung screen replaced. It’s a limited edition from Samsung direct. They told me it would be repaired like for like but when I picked it up, it was fitted with a silver frame screen. I would have waited until they could get the part but they didn’t even contact me to ask, they just went ahead and did it. The first I knew anything about it was when I picked my phone up. No apology, just “the part was out of stock so we used this one” and told to pay.

Bit if a rough start of getting my phonw fixed gave my phone in then they said thwy dident have the screen we took it found out it was more damaged than what i gave it too them went back then they said they cpuld get 8t done in few hours with a free screen protector so all good in the end
