My family and I are taking a trip across Germany while my husband is on leave. My phone stopped charging the second night into our trip even though it appeared to be working otherwise. We went to a phone repair shop in Bonn and was told that my charging port needed to be replaced but we would have to wait a few days since they didn’t have the part. We were given a quote of 59 euros, which we decided wasn’t too expensive. Since we were moving on to Leipzig, we took the phone with us and decided to try to find a place when we arrived. I stumbled upon this gem in Leipzig and cannot tell you how grateful I am. We don’t speak German, but the lady was patient with us and made sure she understood what the problem was while I used Google Translate. I told her what we had been told at the last repair shop and she told us to leave the phone and come back in a few hours. When I came back, I was informed that my charging port did not need to be replaced but only needed cleaned. They had taken time to clean the port and charge my phone for me to make sure there were no issues. I offered payment but another pleasant surprise, they did not take any payment! Kind, honest, pleasant, and patient people who will take care of your phone needs and make sure that you leave happy. I am so pleased with this kind of service and highly recommend them!

I had a problem with the microphone (iphone 6) to make calls people was not able to hear me. First of all I went to apple store in Leipzig (GRAVIS) where they told me that my problem it was impossible to repair, so they offer me a new iphone 6 for EUR350.

The next day I went to this place and they told me that the problem will cost EUR25 to repair the mic (is a good price) but the problem just was that my phone was dirty, so the guy who attended me just cleaned my phone and the problem was gone, and it was for free!!! Definetly if I would have problems with my phone I’ll back to here, I recommend this place 100%.

Best mobile repair store in Leipzig , before settling here to fix my phone screen i checked multiple stores that were not just higher in price but slower in service , here my phone was fixed within the same day and was much cheaper , the technician even went out of his way to clean the phone up and explain to me what he did ! I keep always recommending this shop to my colleagues and friends whenever they’re looking for any phone/tablet service ! Glad I found this gem!
