Had to replace battery of my s21 ultra 5G as well as the back cover, which had developed a crack. After a quick call to make sure the parts were available, I got a call back a couple of days later that the parts had arrived and made an appointment for the same day. I got there an hour later, dropped off the phone, went for a quick snack close by and came back 30mins later. The parts had been replaced (battery and back cover) and I was able to pick up the phone, good as new.

The service was first of all very quick and the contact is super friendly. I was given different options for the parts and always had an idea about the costs and the next steps. The communication is easy going.

Highly recommend this shop if you need your phone fixed. In case I have any more issues, I will be back.

After 6 years, my old Huawei P10 Plus phone finally decided to give up on me. First of all, they doubled the online advertised price when I arrived. Secondly they delivered a faulty repair and sold a non original part as original part, resulting in lack of functionality (loss of fingerprint sensor), Thirdly this part started on top to malfunction after 10 months (black dots on screen).
