My son broke the screen on his Oppo A94 mobile phone. We took it to the Phone Repair Shop, Watford for a new screen for PS45, which was a copy. The new screen intermittently would glitch and show vertical lines. Also the screen select button would occasionally flash on its own indicating it is being selected. We returned the phone on two occasions to fix the fault. First time they said that they have put it on test and its okay. As soon as we arrived home the fault started again. Second time they told us that the phone is bent which was causing the fault/ problem due to poor connections. The phone previously wasn’t bent with a twisted chassis, when we took it to the shop with the reoccurring faults. We now have a phone with a faulty new screen, also with a bent/ bowed chassis/ casing. Currently, getting legal advice on what to do next.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company!!!

If you want to replace the damaged screen on your phone with them, think twice. They will look you straight in the eye and lie that they will install an original screen for you, and you will pay for the original one, and you will get the cheapest fake, even without a fingerprint reader, and if you don’t want to pay, you won’t get your phone back, so I think these positive opinions they write it themselves and I advise you to ask elsewhere, unless you expect to be cheated. Zero stars.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my back screen fixed by this store, 2 days later I took my phone out of my case and saw the back screen was cracked again! They use cheap materials, lie that’s they are genuine parts and don’t care about their customers. I called the shop to ask for them to refix it and they were rude and said I should pay again… FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE?! avoid like the plague
