[10 May] This is a response to your message regarding “after a thorough search, we couldn’t locate your purchase in our system,” and that you’re “striving for the best price.”

First of all, one might wonder which kind of attempts had been made to locate the purchase. Given that you neither asked what I purchased nor how I paid for it, a thorough search seems rather difficult, if not impossible.

Furthermore, as I previously noted, your product is overly priced by about 43%, comparing to three other stores located within 500 meters of your location. Such price can hardly be considered the “best” or fair. I hope this is an isolated incident specifically to me after seeing me from a foreign country, and perhaps assumed that I were unfamiliar with the neighbourhood. Otherwise, you are probably right to feel concerned about your six-year reputation if such overcharging is a common practice.

I am genuinely amazed by the workers at this shop. While I was waiting for my phone to be fixed an aggrevated customer had entered the shop seeming to not be in the right headspace. At first I thought that the workers wouldn’t be able to handle the situation according and calmly judging the fact that they looked no older than 18. One of the workers immediately started calming down the customer and took him outside of the shop without any further complications, I am genuinely amazed and appreciate the level of expertise the worker who’s name i asked for being sina had demonstrated in a time were quick things was necessary. I would definitely come here again as this shop has proven quality, efficiency, and professionalism to me.
