Very poor company. Called fir a quote to fix a charging port problem on a s21 ultra. They said they would have to take the screen of and replace the charging port for PS70. And if the screen gets damaged. I would be stuck with it or get a new screen.

But that’s not true. As everyone knows with a Samsung. You take the back of and you can get to the charging point and unscrew it . Takes 20 minutes tops . I took it into sell and repair in Portsmouth Town centre. And they done it in under 20 minutes for PS40 pounds

So I don’t know why this company throught they could lie to get more money out of me . When they ever didn’t have a clue or they wanted more money out of me

I would avoid this place and got to the town centre shop called sells or repair inside the shopping centre .

So had trouble with my iPhone keyboard randomly typing words so not been able to use it much lately,booked into Apple Genius Bar and quoted nearly 300 quid for a new screen and without phone for 4 days, as the coating apparently wears after a while and needs to be sent away,politely refused and phoned Phone Repair Doctor Waterlooville,told me to take it down with 1 hour left before closing.New screen,works perfectly for less than a third of the price. Amazing service,very reasonable and super friendly.

I have bought several phones, had repairs, replacements, etc from here. Every time I’ve been in the staff are super friendly and helpful. Service is so good and very fast.
Also the shop is dog friendly which is a big plus side for me, I brought my Rottweiler in and she got lots of fuss.
All round brilliant shop, staff & service. Very highly recommend!!
