I came in for a new battery and they damaged my phone significantly by opening it carelessly, the blade was slipping all over and causing dents. I also got a supposedly “brand new and official” Samsung charger, which DID NOT charge the phone, not even slowly. I had to swap it and hope that the replacement wouldn’t be as useless. The new battery lasted 2 months before starting to empty too quickly. Three months in and the charge goes down at 1% per minute when the screen is on. My phone shuts down before waking me up in the morning if it’s below 40%. Additional services are offered at exorbitant prices and every claim they make about the quality or origin of their products can be assumed to be false.
The screen for my iPhone 13 was broken and it was fixed the same day.My phone has been working just as it was for the last 3 months. I brought my daughter’s phone to be fixed today and thought I should leave a review .
The guys in here are great! I needed to get the glass back on my iPhone 13 Pro replaced as it had cracked and they did a very clean and professional job on it. All of them in there are just lovely x
