I took my laptop here after attempting repair at another store in the north. That store gave my laptop back with 2 new issues and declared it un-repairable.
When I gave my laptop to these guys, they took 2 days to diagnose my laptop as it was complex. Even though I didn’t speak German, they communicated clearly through the Google Maps chat feature. They fixed my laptop, communicated clearly, and were extremely pleasant throughout the entire process. They even offered me a bag when I went to pick up my laptop – Best customer experience!!
