I had an absolute nightmare when my screen died on my Samsung. None of the so called back ups I had were xomplete and wouldn’t transfer to a galaxy tab. I found my sons old Samsung and the guys here changed the screens over. They also cleaned the inside of the phone (shocking how much dirt gets inside a “sealed” unit.)
I was so impressed with the communication and speed and quality of service that a paid more than they asked for.
I used them when they first opened 5 or 6 years ago and the quality of service hadn’t changed.
100% will only use them in the future.

0 stars if i could. Came here with a small issue, my camera lens on Iphone14 was smashed but camera worked fine. When I returned, he added a lens which was steamed up and my camera view was a grey blur.
It has now been 4 days since, and my phone is now completely unresponsive (black screen of death). All 4 cameras (including front) had all steamed up over the weekend, and now my phone wont turn on at all!
I think what has happened is after taking my phone apart, they didn’t put it back together properly, so condensation got into the phone and it is now water damaged 🙁

Unfortunately, it was not good service.
He couldn’t repair it, but then took two weeks to return it. Each time I arranged to collect it, he was not there. He would say he will drop it back when called, but didn’t.
I had to explain that I would have to log it as stolen for it to be returned.
I realise he was ill, but so was I. I got family to help me do what we could and he made no effort.
