Very bad experience about them, will I go again…not in my lifetime….minus 5 stars….
This is how they gave me back my phone the first time after being “repaired” phone glued and rubber bands holding it together…..mmmm…

Regarding my last post, why is it that no one from N.Wales police has contacted me, how could I “take” the phone with out someone giving it me to test before payment, your assistant used black glue and stuck it together in front of me, saying that it would never be water proof again, someone is telling lies, talk to the assistant, train him or you supervise it next time, maybe you should recall all phones he has assembled back to your shop for a test because now it not certain they are any good.
Call me nathan, let’s talk, you never turned up to your shop again today, punctuality is not your forte….

I can not recommend Nathan enough. From me initially phoning him up at 7pm my phone was fixed and ready to be collected again by 9pm. Had a mental evening & he ended up having to fix another phone for me the same night. The next day this phone was ready- it went from being ran over to brand new overnight. I will definitely use his services again & would highly recommend him!

I dropped my 2 months old Samsung A52 and smashed the screen. I brought it here hoping it could be repaired. Within 24 hours I had my phone back complete with a new genuine Samsung screen, my phone is like new again. Nathan is a very likeable person and goes above and beyond to please.
