My daughter recently broke her tablet and I had peice of mind throughout the repair process, I was constantly updated. I would highly recommend them as the staff are friendly and more than happy to help. I shall be doing any future repairs there would highly recommend
Fantastic service. Smashed my screen on my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra just before going on holiday. Phoned them, they had a genuine Samsung screen in stock, I went down straight away, and they did it while I waited. Just like new again. Five stars.
Paid for a new phone battery. The new one mysteriously had 10% less charge when I left than when I arrived. A week later and the “new” battery doesn’t hold its charge. I do not believe they actually changed it. Not impressed
