I accidently dropped my phone (Samsung s6) in water and it stopped working completely, even after keeping it for 2 days in a bowl of rice. I was told that there was a chance the phone would not be working as it was very damaged. Id have to pay 10 euros if it didnt work (for the service) and 55 if it worked. They cleaned it thoroughly with alcohol and I received it in an excellent state after 1 day. They were friendly and informative. I Would definitely recommend this phone center to anyone facing the same problem.

After a frustrating visit to cyberstore (where I was left waiting for 20 minutes and then told my phone reset would take 3-5 working days to fix) I then went across the road to this great store where I was helped immediately with a smile and less than one hour and only 35 euros later my phone is fixed. I would highly recommend and the great customer service there makes a huge difference!
